Room was very beautiful and cleaned everyday. Staff was friendly and quick to respond to my whatts up text. Breakfast was delicious and I looked forward to the atmosphere and kind service. Delicious coffee!!

We had an amazing time at the villa. All staff were extremely helpful and friendly all time. Room cleaning came twice a day to clean and surprise us in an amazing way. They decorated our room nicely when we went out for dinner. Breakfast was great and had varieties everyday. I really enjoyed all the fresh fruits they provided everyday. Could use WhatsApp for any assistance when needed. Had a water server in room instead of bottled water which is more convenient and environmentally friendly. Public pool was beautiful with the pool bar. Pool bar doesn’t provide any alcohol menu until mid day. Pool area provides free sunscreen and moisturiser. Public pool area wasn’t crowded at most times, as we thought many people used private pools in their villas. The place is a bit away from main Seminyak areas but they operate shuttle buses regularly if needed. We used grab bikes instead which is more handy. We stayed there for 5nights, made us thought we could stay there longer. We would definitely come back again for our next vacation in Bali.

We had a great 3 days here and were very impressed with our room with private pool. The staff couldn’t do enough and everyone had a friendly smile and greeting. Our issue with the drinking water in our room was fixed as soon as reported. The shuttle into town and the beach was very useful. Breakfast selection was fantastic and the quality of food for dinner was amazing. Thanks to Mita and Diah who looked after us so well during our stay.

酒店設施很好，很漂亮。雖然沒有升降機。 但也只是一層如果有需要職員也會幫助你搬行李上房間。房間有音響投影器。 但適合情侶 因為浴室與廁所是沒有遮擋。 早餐也有選擇 味道不錯。 所有職員都很好和有禮貌。

The hotel was very nice, we liked our room. There was an unpleasant odor here and there in the room. Luckily it didn’t last all day. Breakfast could have been fresher, with better options. We had a bad time checking in, unfortunately. Coming from hospitality culture and coming from a partner property our expectations were high for this location. Wish they were more helpful with better communication. We would give them another try. The hotel was lovely.

I would like to start by recognizing Roger and Eric for the exceptional service they provided throughout our stay. Both were professional, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our experience as enjoyable and seamless as possible. Roger, in particular, went above and beyond in ways that exceeded all expectations. Not only was he incredibly helpful during our stay at the resort, but he continued to assist us even afterward. He helped us navigate our way around Bali, arranged romantic dinners, recommended and coordinated tours and activities, and consistently provided the best options available based on our preferences. His local knowledge, responsiveness, and willingness to help made a tremendous difference in our trip. Thanks to Roger’s guidance, what could have been a challenging and overwhelming experience became smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable. He took the time to ensure that every detail was taken care of, allowing us to focus on making memories rather than worrying about logistics. His dedication, hospitality, and genuine care for guests are truly remarkable. It was an absolute pleasure meeting Roger, and I can confidently say that our Bali experience would not have been nearly as enjoyable without his assistance. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room and pool were clean. It was difficult to contact the front desk for assistance as they did not have a phone and the Whatsapp QR code led to their spa service. Everything is very tech-forward with the lights/tv. The restaurant in the hotel had good food but service was not the best. Might be because I came at a slow time. Would stay again, good hotel fairly close to the airport and they were willing to hold our bags after checkout for a few hours.

What a Trip!

We had an absolutely fantastic time at Sini Vie. The villa was everything we could have hoped for – spacious, modern, clean, and well maintained. We loved having our own private pool, but also enjoyed spending time at the shared pool area and swim-up bar. What made our stay exceptional was the kindness and dedication of the staff. Every single team member went above and beyond, always ready to help with a smile. A special mention to Diah (Guest Relations) – she was so warm and welcoming, kept us well informed, and was incredibly helpful with all our enquiries. We can’t recommend Sini Vie enough – it’s the perfect place for a relaxing and memorable stay.

Very Private and Romantic

Everything about Sini Vie Villa is as reviewed by everyone else. The staff are amazing, the rooms very comfortable and the food is fantastic. The only thing that could be better is the internet connection, it's not all that great. Overall though we were very well looked after and nothing was too much trouble.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Anlage war stets sauber und gepflegt. Leider befindet sich neben der Hotelanlage eine Schule, weswegen es ab 7 Uhr echt laut ist. Das Hotel liegt etwas abgelegen vom Zentrum, es wird aber ein Shuttle alle zwei Stunden vom Hotel angeboten, was super war. Das Frühstücksbuffet war in Ordnung. Es gab frisches Omlette und frische Pancakes. Die Getränke an der Poolbar sind unverschämt teuer (16€ für zwei kleine Wasser). Die Spa Anwendung war sehr professionell und sehr angenehm.
