「Shampoo and conditioner are not included, but never mentioned on the hotel website. Our room was tilted so badly, our suitcase rolled by itself for at least 4 feet til it hit the wall. Because of the tilt, our feet layed higher in the bed than our heads. There was a good amount of dirt on the outside of the window and windows frame. Though there was a tissue box hole in the counter, there were no tissues. The bathroom door was slightly rotted, very chipped, and didn't close. I asked for the...

「Staff were very nice and helpful; a special shout-out to Daniel. They sent an early text to check in. The suite we stayed in was clean, very cozy, and had beautiful ocean views from the family room and one bedroom. There is a walking path that is very nice for walking, running, or even biking. Yes, they have complimentary bikes to ride! Walking to the beach was a great experience to share. The sunset was amazing. There were even fire pits for small groups to enjoy.」

「If you are not a pet person, this is not the place to stay. Too many dogs, too much extra noise. Ask for a backside room. Front rooms are noisy and you can't leave your curtains or window open. Parked cars a three feet away.」
