No one was at the office during normal business hours with a sign on the door that we had to drive to a separate location to their sister hotel to check in. Once we got to our room, as soon as we opened the door we noticed the air was stale and musty as if the windows and doors had not been open in a long time, and a nauseating smell like they had painted recently. We had to open the windows to air the place out although it was cold outside. And since the office/front desk was closed, we couldn’t ask for anything we needed like extra towels etc.

EXTREMELY small room. Small pedestal sink with no where to put any toiletries. TV was never able to play any channels. For a budget hotel, it was definitely that.

I come here every time I stay in Seaside when I need to get away. Inexpensive, simple check in and check out. Always clean, comfortable beds.

Arrived to find note on office door telling me I had to drive a half mile away and back to register. Room smelled musty, TV remote didn't work and there was a compressor motor behind the wall right next to the bed that hummed loudly all night.

The room wasn't anything like it is shown in the add. It was small and cramped with not even a small chair or table. The microwave was stuffed into a cubbyhole that required getting on your hands and knees with a flashlight to see the controls. The TV did not work and no safety rails in the bathroom. The steps leading up to the porch and front door were not marked, as required by code. The porch lighting had no control switch. They turned on randomly at odd times during daylight hours but were off in the evening. This place is the worst place we have ever stayed. If this is OYO, then we will never book another stay at their properties. There is no on-sight staff, One needs to drive to another OYO property. We did and there was nobody to address our concerns. We went again to try to speak to staff and were told that the owners of that property were not very responsive to previous complaints by others who had booked a stay there. We then decided to end our stay and left that day. Our booking was for Jan, Tues 27 thru to Jan 30th. We had gone on Wed 28th to speak to someone but knowbody was there. We went again on Thur 29th and ended our stay there,,,a day early. It was a total wasted booking for us.

Just some basic stuff i was in room 301 the wall litght switch was broken. Simple $2 fix. Id add some cell phone charging stations maybe more cofortable pillows. The was some roofing missing damaged that needs to be replaced.

Really thin walls, I could hear the people in the next room snoring. There was a very bright porch light that made it seem like daylight in the middle of the night with the curtains shut. Otherwise it was what I expected for the price. I would stay again if I wanted a cheap basic motel, but bring a sleeping mask and ear plugs (which I normally travel with, just didn't happen to have this time.)

Lots of little holes in the wall, broken floor tiles, and just general ascetic issues. The front desk worker is kinda rude as well. They also have strange policies not listed on hotels.com.
