The sign makes it seem run down, but I think it is memorial to the Hurricane that hit the area just last year. 「The property is clean and easy to navigate. The pool is well maintained and there is a propane grill available. It's located a few minutes away from St. Pete's beach and the local trolly system offers day passes so you don't need to drive anywhere. I booked a room with a kitchenette and the room was clean, organized and well maintained. I definitely want to come back next year. 」

「BEWARE What was advertised was not true. The rooftop bar was not open. There was no breakfast. The internet did not work. Ice machine never worked. The air conditioning was located on one side of the bed. Therefore, one of us was freezing so the other one could be barely comfortable. Our room on the second floor smelled like mildew the entire time. The outside doors don’t lock. So we didn’t feel safe. Barely staffed. There is not a beach view. The beach is too far away.」
