"The room was dirty, there was no topper or a remote for the tv , we called and it took a while to bring them . Which in my opinion should already be there along with a clean room . The covers smelt like they hadn’t been washed. "

"Maid entered the room while I was in the bathroom even though the do not disturb sign was on. She was annoyed that I asked her to leave. TV remote was missing. They replaced it with one with dead batteries. Breakfast was digestible, but I ended up going to McDonalds. I do not recommend this place."

"Check-in was great, very friendly and efficient clerk. Room was not up to usual Hampton standards. Mattress was terribly uncomfortable. Air conditioner was so noisy we had to keep turning it off through the night. Sadly, only got about 3 hours sleep. Bathroom had stained wall paper, short on towels for 2 people, fixtures were rusty."
