"I was extremely disappointed with the condition of this hotel room. The cleanliness and overall maintenance were far below expectations. The roof corners were filled with dust bunnies, and the ceiling fan blades looked like they had never been cleaned, covered in a thick layer of dust and rust. The sliding terrace cover was also dusty and poorly maintained. The floor was dirty upon arrival, with noticeable sand and dirt throughout the room. The online photos are very misleading as they make it appear that the room comes with a private balcony, when in reality it is only a shared terrace space. The bathroom was in terrible condition as well. The shower appeared to be falling apart, with seams separating and signs of heavy wear everywhere. The refrigerator had a strong, unpleasant odor that made it unusable. To make matters worse, the pool area was poorly maintained and had visible mold covering sections of the walls. Overall, the property felt neglected, unsanitary, and nothing like what was advertised online."

"The first room that put us in was horrible Air conditioning didn’t work Sheets smelled It was very outdated, needs new furniture and cleaning molding in bathroom We upgraded and the room on the marina side much nicer The outside pool area is really nice but they need to do some updating in the rooms "

"Room was spacious but could use better lighting. Bathroom was very small and small vanity with extremely oversized vessel sink resulting nowhere to place anything. Outside shy s and landscaping extremely overgrown but they started trimming day we departed. A big plus was the pool area with plenty of lounge chairs. Restaurant food overpriced for mediocre quality but plenty of excellent nearby restaurants."

"The place is not a destination. It’s a place to spend a night while traveling elsewhere. Once you understand that it works. The air conditioning was cold and the people were nice and courteous. Place was clean. Can’t ask for anything more than that."

"Beautiful beach area with tiki bar. Lots of iguanas. Hotel is about to be renovated which will be great for it as the hallways and rooms are outdated. Still a good stay. Comfortable beds. "

"Great vacation!! Room needed some work such as shower door panel missing and the door didn’t lock. Other than that is was beautiful place It also needs an onsite laundry facility. When you have fishermen you need that badly."

"Breakfast was sufficient. Hot coffee was served daily. The room was on the beach and it was maintained well. The room was basic but enough for 2 days that we were there. The staff was friendly. "
