"Sea Shells Beach Club is a very old hotel that needs a bit of upkeep. That being said, the manager/owner is working daily to do needed updates and maintenance
We had a 2 bedroom suite on the 4th floor and found very clean, comfortable rooms. It was a great stay. John and the staff helped every time we needed something.
When crowded, parking might be an issue
The location, right on the beach was great! We walked the beach daily and experienced some beautiful sunrises over the water!"

"When we arrived early we went to the bar at the location and a cockroach ran across the counter. When we went in the lobby it had a very bad smell and there was someone at the registration desk for his interview and there was a misunderstanding and he was told his interview was cancelled and he left yelling and threatening the property. We went up to our room and it had a smell and the front door didn’t seem secure. We are 2 women on vacation and didn’t feel safe or comfortable so we went to get a hotel room somewhere else. We did not stay there. For as much money I was charges I expected better accommodations. I called the number I had for the reservation and reported the issues. Very disappointed. "

"Giving low stars we rented a room that came with a parking spot and a pass but, because we rode our motorcycle we had to park out by the road. Not excited about it!!! Night security officer was rude and condescending! I paid a resort fee… for…? No ice machine no vending machine. The room itself was amazing loved it the view spectacular. Battery dead in fan/light remote so it was stuck on high so we had to use the switch and it was light on fan on high or completely off. "
