It was dark when we arrived, there were people out on the street, loud, carrying on and we could smell marijuana real strong. There were horns honking and loud voices outside that we did not feel safe. The steps were soft, lacking paint, the inside doors were dirty, which made us wonder what else was dirty. The soap was watered down, mostly water. We did not feel safe and I sat on the sofa all night, we left in the morning loosing our money for the next three nights. Horrible situation. No refund, for the 3 nights not experienced. Can’t believe you actually list this place and it had a rating of "8".

This stay was awesome. Communication was fabulous. House was clean and cozy and the guys were super comfortable. If you are ever in Sumter and need a place to stay, I highly recommend this place.

Cute,adorable, but the train

The property is cute, main living space is large, bedrooms, both master and second room spacious. Bathroom in master, huge plus. Don't expect to sleep in. The train is loud and statts around 5:12 am. Washer/dryer, major plus, tv's in all bedrooms-wonderful., close to center of town good bang for the buck. Host was extremelyhelpful and kind.

I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the inside of the property. It was nicely decorated and comfortable. However, the shower didn’t get above lukewarm, we couldn’t get the heat to warm the house above 53 degrees the last night we were there, and someone got into my car and tore my mother’s present and stole a tool. It’s a very sketchy neighborhood. The heat and showers will hopefully be fixed, and then it will be a great place to stay. Just don’t leave any valuables in the car.

Cute house. Obviously a flip. Nice amenities. Worked well for us. Had a great dinner from the grill and loved listening to the birds in the backyard each morning. Bring some mosquito spray if you plan to hangout outside like we did
