「Walter is an A#1 Host!!
The cottage was clean! The location is so convenient. My bed was so comfy and there was a TV in my bdrm as well as the large one in the LR. There's a screened in porch in the back w nice patio furniture. I had my morning coffee in the back yard sitting at the picnic table (1 of 2) . The cottage is in a residential area and the neighbors are quiet .

「Stayed for three nights August 2026. First night, room smelled musty and damp but was cool and we were tired so we slept. Went out for the next day and left AC on. Got back early evening and found water on the floor under the unit and the room was extremely damp. Found that the condensation for the AC was not draining.
