「Exactly as pictured. Beds were comfortable and quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed staying here and the location was great; close to King Street and the beaches. It was great having a shaded parking space. You do need a second person to help pull out of the driveway as cars are parked along the road and you can’t see around them. Be careful pulling out onto the road. 」

「We booked our room last minute for a one night stopover from wintering in Florida. What a great room which actually was a well fitted 1 bedroom apt. So clean. Such nice amenities. We even had a secure parking spot with our bikes. Great location, a few blocks from King street. Would love to return!! 」

「We had a studio on the 3rd flood. It was the perfect size with a queen bed and a separate living area with a couch and fireplace. The room was clean and quiet with no street noise. The front desk was very friendly and helpful. The best part was the location. Quick walk to the market, the waterfront and French Quarter. We would definitely stay here again. 」

「Great location and wonderful property! Centrally located on King Street, it was fun looking out the windows and seeing people walking around. It was easy to walk everywhere from this location. The unit was very clean and well appointed. The linens were clean, good air conditioning in the summer heat, and it had everything we needed for our stay. The parking spot was very convenient right outside the door. Great property, definitely recommend!」
