Folly Beach Riverfront Apt with NEW Gazebo Dock, boat ramp, kayaks and bikes!

Come for the beach, but stay for the views! Walk out through your sliding doors opening to your porch providing breathtaking views of the surrounding river and marsh that wrap around the house. Relax in your lounge chairs while sipping wine and taking in the spectacular sunsets. Bring your binoculars to view the many birds and other wildlife that make regular appearances at the house.
Enjoy the brand new gazebo dock and Use the boat ramp to take the kayaks out with and explore the sea. When you’re out of the water use the free beach and parks pass to enjoy everything Charleston has to offer.
The apt is open and spacious at 1000 sqft with brand new windows galore showcasing the fabulous views. The kitchen and bathroom are updated. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes etc. Grill outside on the gas grill or lounge in the hammock.
The living room features queen size sleeper sofa and love seat, a 50' flat screen smart streaming roku HDTV with premium cable plus free high speed wireless internet. The bedroom features a brand new king pillow top bed with roku tv and all linens provided.
We're a couple miles to the beach, but provide bikes or a public parking pass that provides free parking at the beach & entry to the Charleston County Parks.
The upper 2 floors of the home are a separate 3BR apartment that features 4 balconies, master bath with jacuzzi tub and is a separate rental as well so if you need more space for a large family you can rent the entire house!

Last but certainly not least, guests also have access to their own private kayak tour guide and yoga instructor. Book with us and sign up for a private kayak tour or outside yoga class!

*Please note, the river is a tidal river and will dry out at low tide, pets must be approved prior to booking, weekend trips may require a 3 night min stay or min booking fee unless attached to another reservation and we typically only book 3 months in advance to insure rates are updated. We had a wonderful weekend! Enjoyed getting out on the water and it was great to have a place to tie up our own tandem kayak! The Gazebo provided the perfect space for starting the day with beautiful sunrises and engaging wildlife!

Paradise

The cottage was very clean and we loved having the dock to walk out on. We were able to pick oysters and grilled those two nights. It had everything that you needed for a beach weekend and we loved it there. We will definitely stay there again!

Located between Folly beach and Charleston, so close to everything!! Fabulous condo stocked with everything you need!! Very clean and well appointed. Close to restaurants, beach and entertainment! Truly a perfect stay!!

Perfect spot!

I absolutely loved this spot! It is close to everything but feels very private. The view from the patio and gazebo were beautiful. The space itself was very nice and spotless. I will definitely stay at this space if it is available on my next visit.

We enjoyed our stay here and found it to be very comfortable. The view from the living room/dining room windows is beauiful! Neighborhood was very peaceful. We felt it could have been a bit cleaner.

Perfect for a weekend getaway

Loved the property as me and the wife took a long weekend as part of her birthday celebration. The location is perfect and the house is cozy with a great private dock where you can watch the sunset, relax. and unwind. Bed was comfortable, shower was nice and hot with good water pressure and the host supplied plenty of towels and linens. He also provided a long list of recommendations before we arrived which was super helpful as this was my first time in Charleston. Would definitely stay here again.

Peaceful and Relaxing

We loved staying on the marsh and watching the tide come in. The sunrise in the morning over the water was breathtaking. The apartment was perfect for our needs and we appreciated the suggestions for entertainment and restaurants in the area. Folly beach was so easy to access and very close by. We would come back for sure !

This property was great, Todd answered us quickly check in was easy, close to the beach, we got bikes to ride and kayaks were available The grocery store was right across the street. The rental was clean and had everything we needed. This property was on a marsh so it was interesting to watch the tide go in and out and the different birds fly in The sunsets were awesome..

Enjoyed this place. A lovely view, super comfy bed, and just close enough to the island. Loved being close enough to the beach but away from the crowds. Ran and biked onto the island each day. The available bikes and kayaks were great to have. The ide schedule is definitely imp to follow. Loved the keurig! Thank you for your attention to details.

Great getaway

We were a hop, skip and a jump from everything we wanted to visit in Charleston, Mount Pleasant and close enough to Folly Beach without dealing with the traffic of Folly Beach! The house was very comfortable and the marsh was beautiful. The kayaks would of been a great idea unfortunately we ran out of time. The gold pass for parking and Charleston parks was a great perk!

Perfect spot for relaxing vacation & not far from beach

Peaceful setting at the end of a canal with a new dock & benches. Spacious apartment that worked well for our group of three. We had two different families stay in the upstairs apartment during the time we were there and they were not an issue. This Vrbo property would be excellent for a big group since you could rent out the top & bottom units. You have a Harris Teeter right across the highway from you, walking distance. And Folly I beach is not a far drive. One perk is a park pass that the owner leaves for you to use while there. We were able to go to the end of the island to the Folly Park which has a nice beach and a building with bathrooms and a concession stand. He also has bikes, kayaks, and beach toys for use. There are plenty of places to eat nearby. The owner communicated well with us when we stayed there. They even came and replaced the wireless router because the Wi-Fi was not working. We would definitely stay here again!

Peaceful and perfect

The home was such a respite on my way back from a long week. It was a stop for a day between Va and my home in Fl. Just being able to sit on the gazebo and watch the sunset and the tide was wonderful. I enjoyed the beach, took the kayak out and made it into Charleston for dinner. Thanks for the peaceful break!

The perfect weekend getaway even when the weather can’t decide what to do! We came here for our 45th wedding anniversary and it did not disappoint! The bed was comfy, the scenery was beautiful, the wildlife was phenomenal, the apartment was well appointed with everything we needed, it was clean and quiet. We got a neighbor upstairs, but that was all good too. We coexisted nicely and there was plenty of space for all of us outside. The neighborhood is nice for walks and fun bike rides too! Close proximity to Charleston and Folly Beach was delightful as well. We used the parking pass and enjoyed a nice afternoon at the beach and enjoyed a meal at Taco Boy. All in all, this little apartment delivered a perfect respite from our busy life and left us with a smile as we left!
