"Very run down and in need of a lot of work. The building smelled terrible and the beds were horrendous. The doors were broken and it had snowed with no real clean up making it dangerous to walk to your car. It's a haul to the water park and they want you to park about a half mile away which is ridiculous. Would not stay here again."

"We were very disappointed with our stay at Natura Treescape Resort. We rented a cabin that was supposed to accommodate 6 people, yet we were still charged an extra $20 per person per day for the two people over the standard four person, which felt excessive and misleading. The cabin next to us had people smoking weed the entire stay, and the smell completely filled our cabin and the surrounding area. We asked to be moved to a different cabin, but the resort would not accommodate us. Housekeeping was also extremely poor. During our 3-night stay, nobody picked up dirty towels or emptied our trash. The bathhouse was dirty, and the towels provided were tiny, rough, and low quality. Overall, the experience did not match the price we paid, and customer service was disappointing. We would not stay here again."

The space was well maintained, thoughtfully stocked, and felt very welcoming from the moment we arrived.The location was great, and we especially appreciated how easy the check-in and communication process was with the host. Everything was smooth and stress-free. The property had a cozy atmosphere while still giving us plenty of space to unwind and enjoy our time together.We would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay!Also bonus: the host Matt was amazing (even brought us fresh eggs!)"
