"We did not stay here after finding our room. I'm 69 years old and cannot do stairs. No elevator there. The parking lot was filled with cars and trucks revving up the engines. People smoking pot and drinking beer. It was like downtown Chicago. No place for the grandkids to be. We asked for a refund because there was no way we could stay. Turned in our Waterpark wristbands and they wouldn't refund us."
