Welcome to The Grand Escape, your coastal retreat in beautiful Summerland. The main level features an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area designed for gathering and relaxation. Enjoy a spacious master suite, a cozy queen guest room, and a fun bunk room with a trundle—perfect for families. Upstairs, a private queen bedroom offers stunning ocean views and access to a sun-filled deck, ideal for morning coffee or sunset cocktails by the sea.
Additional Notes:
- The top floor of the duplex is occupied by a long-term tenant. The rental includes the entire bottom floor plus a side upstairs room with a beach view.
- Pet Policy: Up to 2 dogs welcome (must stay off furniture, use restroom outdoors, and not be left unattended). No other pets allowed without prior host approval. Violations or damages may result in a fee.
- ***This is a charming, older home—please be aware that there are some dents/cracks in the walls and areas of uneven flooring due to natural settling in the area. Because of this, it may not be suitable for elderly.
- Parking is free and available for up to 2 vehicles. Overflow nearby - please inquire.

No parties, events or smoking allowed
Pets - please clean up after your furry friends and we kindly ask no pets on the furniture! This may result in additional fees.
Trash Day is Friday mornings and Gardeners come by every other Friday in the mornings
