「I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was extremely disappointing and not at all what was advertised.
First, the front desk staff—especially one receptionist (Connal) —had a noticeable attitude and was not helpful at all. Customer service felt dismissive rather than welcoming, which set the tone for the entire stay.

「Such a great B and B! We had the Balcony Room, which is on the second floor of the main 1890s house. The room is smallish, and the bathroom is very small, but it doesn't matter! Very cute and cozy, didn't mind the size. Having a fridge in the hallway just steps from the room was a plus. Delightful gourmet breakfast and array of cakes and cookies at tea time. Very nice staff too.」
