"The room is great and the property is conveniently located in the tourist area of Istanbul within 15 minutes of walking distance to all the important landmarks. The service was excellent with a very helpful front desk who arranged everything for us starting with the airport shuttle. The free breakfast is also great and I would highly recommend the hotel to anyone staying in Istanbul."

The location is excellent, walking distance from anything you want to see and super close to public transport. The breakfast has a wide variety and was delicious. "Had to cancel trip due to national warning against travel to Turkey due to conflict in Middle East. A missile was shot down by NATO over Turkey the same day as our travel. I requested the hotel to defer my reservation or give me credit for later travel in Summer / after the conflict is over. They showed me hotel non refundable policy. Conflict and bombs were not in my control and a good hotel that cares about it customers would have accommodated. All other hotels in Turkey were able to accommodate and give me a refund even though reservations were non refundable. Very disappointed with attitude and will never go there or recommend it to anyone"

"The Emerald Mansion is a good hotel and I would stay here again when the opportunity presents. Things to note. This is a boutique type of hotel. Meaning it's on the smaller side and I don't believe that it would be suitable for families with kids especially, little ones. That said, the room was well appointed, very clean and that emerald theme is engaging. Internet connectivity was good throughout. The standouts to me are the staff. Whether morning or evening shift, they were consummate professionals. Quick to offer assistance above and beyond, exceedingly cordial and as I shared, very professional. The neighborhood is an absolute gem for the traveler a little more interest in DIY tourism (though the hotel arranged for me to have an exceptional guide). By this I mean, you're stone's throw from amazing historical landmarks. The area was safe and felt that way to me. Good eateries all around, shopping abounds and navigation was not too complicated. Areas for improvement. The AC situation was interesting. My visit was in mid March. Still cold/colder so the AC system was only set to heat. If you like colder rooms to sleep, this can complicate things. Fortunately, I was on an upper floor so I was able to crack the window open at night which worked. The walls are rather thin so if you're a light sleeper like me, the city can keep you company quite a ways through the night. If you're on vacation, that shouldn't be an issue. Overall great spot. I recommend it."

It turns down their offer is reversal from your original price and room size to the very smallest one. Do not fall for their kindness free updates because you’re will become a victim of being scammed and your original room will be once again posted online. Their room beds are extremely low on height is about one foot tall or 0.3 meter high. "
