Box seat for the sea.

I reckon it would be very difficult to obtain comfortable holiday house accommodation that is anywhere closer to the water than St Helens. Superb setting to watch the sea and enjoy the Yorke Peninsula. Fell asleep each night listening to the sea so close.

Serene location

Beautiful home with stunning location. Being able to bring our dog was a bonus. She loved it too. Only one drawback, whilst walking in bare feet on the deck I pierced my heel a couple of times on nails that are coming proud of the decking boards. So feel that the decking needs a checkover.

Beautiful View Right from the Sitting Room

We stayed here for 3 nights with family from the UK. We were lucky enough to experience the first two nights with absolutely no wind. The weather was warm and the sea was flat and calm (if I could post a photo I would show you the stunning view); it was absolutely stunning. The house itself is clean and accommodated us all very well. I would definitely stay again.

Blissfully peaceful

Clean, tidy and comfortable, with everything you’d need for a short stay.My husband and I had along with us our small dog that was a bonus. Lovely beachfront property

Superb

We were a group of four adults and one small therapy dog. The house is really spacious and very comfortable. The view of the water is really nice and beach access right at the steps. Nice quiet area, met some lovely people on the beach. We had seals come to visit us and they stayed lazing in the water right out the front of the house for the whole afternoon. Got some great photos. We loved this trip and would love to return for another break in the near future. Thank you so very much, lovely memories for us all.

Peaceful and Hassle Free

We had the most wonderful chillaxing time on our stay-cay with our little dog. The property felt welcoming and was well appointed, clean, quiet and in the best location. It was exactly what we wanted, needed and hoped for. The property management team were faultless, and the property itself was just lovely. We will definitely be returning again.

Beautiful location. Needs wifi

Lovely place to stay, view and beachfront is spectacular. Owners really need to invest in wifi. Majority of time phones can only get 3G and at times unable to even message or make uninterrupted phone calls. Would be nice to stay there and be able to do remote business, however this is impossible without wifi.

Great spot for a family getaway

Had a lovely stay with my family, the deck outfront was our favourite spot to relax and enjoy the views. Lovely beach to walk along. Great spot if you have a four legged family member also!

Location is excellent

It’s 5 star but just a few items need to be looked at mattress in the front room is gone and needs to be replaced the sensor in the back patio area keeps going off and we had to put a towel on it so it would stop going off over night apart from this it’s a excellent place to stay and will be booking again thanks again

Fabulous Stay

We had such a great weekend staying here with our one year old. He's just learning to walk, and it was the perfect property for it - flat deck and artificial turf for cruising around on, fun stairs to climb down the beach with, and then the tide variations meant to beach had different types of fun for him to hang out on (swimming suitable at high tide and sand flats to investigate at low tide). The house was beautifully equipped with more than I expected, based on the email that alluded to needing to bring lots of toiletries/food basics etc. Beautiful sunrise views for the adults, and nice quiet, dim back rooms for children to sleep. The bathroom was lovely and the kitchen was fantastic to use. Probably only one thing missing might be an additional oven tray to use, but that's the only blip we had. We are already talking about coming back, thanks so much for having us!

Paradise at Sultana Point

Best one so far!

We had the best time, everything we needed was in the house. The beach on our doorstep was a blessing not just for us but our two little fur babies. We met the neighbours over a glass of red then the next day met up with other neighbours plus. This is a quiet and peaceful place. I and husband will absolutely return. Thankyou for having us.....

Yorke Peninsula holiday

The house was well located, and was right on the waterfront. It could have been cleaner (outdoor furniture was not clean). The most disappointing part was that even though it was listed as dog friendly, the yard was not fenced, making the stay with a small dog very challenging. With free access to the beach, it was not possible to have our dog outside with us off leash. I would not recommend this property as a dog friendly house.

Amazing location!

A warm cozy house at the perfect location! Our 3 year old had an amazing time kicking the soccer ball on the patch of fake grass, having picnics under the tree and running straight out onto the beautiful beach and splashing in the water. We will definitely stay there again!
