「Thank you so much for the wonderful stay at Penguin Waterfront Escape. We had a truly relaxing and memorable time. The location was beautiful, the accommodation was comfortable and well maintained, and everything we needed was thoughtfully prepared. Waking up to the waterfront views was a real highlight, and it made our stay extra special. We really appreciate the care and hospitality you provided, and we would be very happy to return in the future. Thank you again for creating such a lovely...

「The room was nice and clean. Good parking just outside the room. The WiFi was a bit weak with our room being further away from the reception. Therefore we couldn’t watch the tv.」

「The room was clean. We did late checkin but process was very smooth. Staffs are friendly and welcoming.」

「A beautiful luxurious suite, they have thought of everything. Hi」

「Good : 1. The location to watch little penguin 2. Very kind and friendly male staff Bad : 1. Aged room 2. Poor amenity 」

「We had 2 adults and a 12 year old in the smallest room and it was a bit tight with 3 suitcases .The room was ok nothing special but it was clean and did the job .」

「Gorgeous location right by the Cam river. Ample parkland for children/young families within a very quick walk which is well seperated from the roadways. My stay was post holiday-period, so off-peak I guess. Due to this the onsite restaurant was only going to be open on weekend's.」

「Great place for the price and nice and quiet,no noise.」

「The cabin we were initially put in had a broken door and window screen. Would've been left in that cabin with my young children had i not have complained.Got moved to another cabin that had other issues with the toilet water running like a waterfall all.night. also had dirty hand towels with visible brown marks on them. Heaters did not heat up the cabin at all. Windows were not great as the breeze was coming Through th shut windows blowing the blinds all.night. could not sleep due to the issues....

「Clean and comfortable room, friendly staff with a great bistro attached. Would stay again」

「Advertising is misleading. The photos and the address are not for the property listed and the actual property is quite different. Less amenities then described as well, lack of communication from host as well. They know.」

「とても綺麗でwifiもさくさく動きました。 少しですが、クッキーやコーヒーなども用意されていて嬉しかったです。 冷蔵庫もちゃんと動いていました！ バーの上になっているのでお酒が好きな人はぴったりだと思います。」
