「After staying in a Hilton Garden in Bangor, Maine the night before that was wonderful, I was disappointed in this location. Lobby welcoming in Bangor started the stay off on a high note. Staff was polite and efficient. We did not use amenities. Even though, I thought I specifically booked this hotel for a hot tub but was told there was no hot hub when I checked in.」

「good」

「You are receptionist was very disrespectful she called me out my name and she wouldn't help me she refused to help me after I gave her my money」

「Problem with nearby guest slamming the doors between 2-5 am. Room 205 had tv loud enough I could make out what was said. All a problem when needing to wake up at 445am to make a flight.」

「Hot shower, clean rooms. Just drama from Police daily...」

「The staff was professional and kind the room was spacious and pet friendly everything was clean very clean also the amenities where plentiful not stingy with extra everyday needs such as tissue , paper towels and etc. the food was great nothing to complain about this will be my go to every time I go to charlotte」
