"absolutely rude and unwelcoming manager, I checkin pretty late, there was no parking at night, it was raining, the bellhop was broken, room floor was sticky, the staff was not accomodating, the request for 1 hour late checkout was promptly denied by kalpesh, extremely rude manager, will never recommend or visit this place again. the water bottles were not complimentary and charged 2 dollars per bottle, the breakfast has fruit flies and was very limited and not much options, absolutely not recommend."

"The hallway smells. Some of the staff need to go on training especially the front desk staff. I cannot imagine a worker sitting in a vehicle operating her cell phone, and watching customers wondering or looking for someone to help them. That kind of mind set does not help a business to grow. Of course with that kind of treatment, I am not coming back to that hotel neither will I recommend it for any one. Lack of kind word, so disrespectful. I almost recorded the scene with intent of sending it to the upper management, it was grossly below standard."

"Did use the gym or the laundry. Hallways looked like garbage. Lights broken and the carpet needs to be replaced. Staff at desk had the nerve to make us sogn a document saying unless room was inspected at check out they would keep my deposit. Also only the people on the reservation were allowed in the room. No parties, I was there with a five year old for dance competition. I have never seen that in a Hilton hotel. Deposit is higher than usual for incidentals. "

"Everything was great!! The unit was better than the pictures and the host was very quick to reply, though we did not need anything at all while we were there. Beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. I cannot think of anything that was missing or that could be made better. The 1.5 baths was great when getting ready since we had four people in our party! The walk to the metro was easy and not too long. About a 12 minute walk. This was a great stay. We would definitely rent again!"

"There are a few things to review. Room size was great. The hallway had a stench to, I believe shampooing the carpet would help with odor, I did see roaches in the hallway but none in my room (thankfully), the elevator stayed broken Most staff was very helpful but there is 1 bad apple. More like a PJ building than a hotel. "
