「For being close to an A road, was lovely and quiet and the curtains in the room really made the room dark when sleeping. Wasn’t the normal constant banging of other hotel doors shutting all night either, nice and quiet 」

「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bedford Lodge. The staff were welcoming and attentive, the facilities were well equipped and what you would expect at this price point. We made use of the sports club and the bar before heading to a nearby venue for a private event. The room was well equipped with Molton Brown and Tiptree goods and was very clean. We opted for a superior room for more space and the hope of a better room location. The only negative was being woken very early by the bass thud...

「We had a great time at Rectory Manor, a lovely old georgian country house set in mature garden of trees and lawn with a swimming pool and tennis court if you want some exercise. Our room (the Hudson) was furnished in the country house style and was supremely comfortable. The only downside was the bathroom was a bit small and slightly dated. The bath was too small to properly soak. On the plus side we had an unexpected balcony that caught the morning sun whilst giving beautiful country views...

「Convenient location, easy parking and comfortable. Excellent Continental Breakfast, really generous portions of fruit, toast and a selection of cheeses, pastries, etc.」

「The spa facilities were really great and created a great opportunity for the family to spend time together. Really appreciated the hotel faciltating our family of 4 to stay in a junior suite even though we were 4. The room was clean and spacious and was a real break for us! Only thing was breakfast wasa bit expensive for us as it the resaurant seemed to be managed separately. All in all really lovely!」
