「This hotel exceeded my expectations! The staff was amazing and greeted us each time we walked in the doors. While not necessary it did give us the opportunity to ask for extra towels etc without feeling like a burden. The hotel was very clean and the pool was fabulous! We will be back, nothing better if your visiting birch bay. BB hotels aren’t this nice. 」

「スタッフの方々の対応はとても良く、部屋も快適でした。椅子を中央に動かしたとき、誰かの捨てられたマスクが壁と椅子に挟まれてみつかりエー！と思いましたが、清掃の方も椅子を移動しない限り見つけるのは難しいと思います。朝食もとてもおいしく、シャンプーなどの備品も高級感があり、すべての点において快適で満足しました。また利用したいと思いました。」

「Easily the most relaxing and fun stay we had on our journey from Alaska. The entire staff was so friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. It’s amazing how pet-friendly this hotel was- never seen anything like it before! And everyone interacts with the fur-guests, too! My room was very spacious, clean, and we had fun exploring Bellingham and found the coolest park nearby with a ton of walking trails and green space for my pup to play. 「ホテルのロビーが日当たりが良く、とても明るく清潔に感じる。 受付スタッフも愛想がよく、チェックインもスムーズであった。ルームキーもしっかり機能したので、安心した。 部屋自体は清潔感もあり、特に臭いなども気にならず、普通に過ごせる。 周辺環境は道路に面しているが一段高いところにある為、騒音などは気にならない。飲食店は徒歩圏内だと限られるが、一応各種ある。（イタリアン、日本食なども） 車で１５分くらいで海に出られるので、ハーバーで食事をするのも雰囲気があってよい。 アメリカの田舎のホテル、といった感じだがゆったりとしてて落ち着いた時間が流れている。 」
