We choose this hotel because it is central we stayed there a couple of times before The room was disappointing but after we asked they changed our room that was a bit better Breakfast was good Staff where friendly But outside the hotel was very dirty due the fastfood places

Steigenberger Graf Zeppelin
Very clean room. Slightly warm in the winter but had a “cool” mode that helped a little. All in all the staff was wonderful and the room was excellent. Even had a “pillow menu” to pick the type of pillow you’d like.
