「This a beautiful hotel and the staff is extremely friendly, particularly the bar staff, Joel and Shidu. The food was also very good and plentiful. We struggled with the A/C in our room, as it sat at 27°C most of the time and we were terribly uncomfortable. We visited during a heatwave, so we understand that this was not normal, but we were surprised that we couldn't lower the temperature at all to help accommodate us more. Overall, it's a lovely place to stay and I recommend it!」

「施設は、部屋もレストランも、とてもよいと思います。 朝食は別料金でしたが、食べ放題・飲み放題ですし、おいしかったので、不満はありません。 初めての訪問者には、中央駅からのアクセスが不便ですが、空港から繋がる地下鉄のStudtmitteという駅で43番のバスに乗り換えて3つめ、10分ほどでHölderloinstrというバス停に着き、そこからホテルまで徒歩5分以内なので、慣れてしまえば、便利な方でしょう。 近所にスーパーがあって、夕食もドリンク類も出に入るので、そういう意味でも便利です。」

「部屋は綺麗だが、設備は少し古め。日本人には暗いというか、暗すぎる室内。 スタッフの対応はとても良かった。」

「事前にチェックインの案内があったので、スムーズに部屋へ入れました。部屋は充分な広さでした。朝食の種類は多くありませんが、付いていたので良かったです。」

「Sauna on the top floor was large and clean. But more towels could be appreciated. Breakfast plan was recommended since a wide range of food was available.」
