We had a medical emergency at the hotel and the ambulance had to be called, we spent the day at the hospital the day of our check out, and I was so concerned because we had to get our bags, but the staff was very supportive. They were nothing but espectacular, since day one. I am so grateful. Location is very close to HB, good breakfast and the area is next to Milaneo’s mall. I will definitely recommend this hotel.

Great location, good value for the money

Great location near a shopping center, just by a U station and in a walking distance from central railway station. Staff are friendly and helping with a smile. All basic amenities in place. Bed could have been a bit more comfort, but that is me.

Nice cozy hotel

Well located near mall and 10-15 minutes walk from central station. Rooms are modern but very tiny. Staffs are super friendly and breakfast time is very crowded but good to have in the price paid. Parking is a problem as space is limited and come on first come first served basis without real in-out privilege. You can lose your spot upon a return trip even if you are paying for the service. This is probably a stupid rule given that you are paying more than €20 per day.

Great hotel would stay again

Very central - the gentleman who checked me in was very welcoming and kind. My room was spacious with an excellent shower and comfy bed and great WiFi. The gym was very good as it had a cable machine so could use that - the complimentary breakfast has great selection and quality. Highly recommended.

Good location by the station but could hear the trains at night from our room even with ear plugs in. Breakfast was very busy every morning - continental spread was ok and staff kept things refilled. Could do with more lifts especially as cleaning staff used the main ones so had to wait a while. Room could have been cleaned better.
