"Upon checking in, the front desk reluctantly gave a late checkout of 2pm; however upon returning to our room the following day we were locked out of our rooms and told our luggage was not there. The front desk also did not provide water until asked.... All in it was an unpleasant check-in experience"

"This contemporary boutique hotel is located on the edge of Stuttgart’s pedestrianised city centre. It is excellently located close to many man attractions, cafes, restaurants and bars. It is also an easy walk to the main station and the metro. Our room, a Lu suite, was beautifully appointed, quietly luxurious and had views of the square. It was peaceful and comfortable, and was also equipped with an espresso machine and small fridge which was handy. The buffet breakfast, which could be taken in or outdoors, was delicious and would cater to all tastes. Drinks for your room or the rooftop terrace can be purchased at the downstairs bar and room service can be arranged through Pane e Vino, a fabulous Italian restaurant across the lane. There is also a great bar/cafe - Gian Paolo & Marco - downstairs where they serve great drinks, coffees and light snacks. The staff were all friendly and very helpful and were happy to assist in any way. We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely hotel."

"On street parking was difficult to find, but the underground car park was excellent, though expensive. The staff were lovely and the room perfect. We were concerned that one bed was a sofa bed, but it was actually one of the most comfortable beds of our trip so far. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again."

"I am an American visiting Germany. I do not know my way around this area or speak German. All of the staff at Meridien were especially friendly and helpful. They were so kind and friendly, too. The food and bar drinks were amazing. The hotel was always clean and so beautiful. It was a pleasure for us to visit and stay at your hotel."
