Cozy Cabin at The Reserve near Fairystone State Park

Located in the Blue Ridge mountains of Virginia, the cabin is perfect for a couple's getaway, girl's weekend or bring the whole family. We are surrounded by the Fairystone State Park in a quiet and safe cabin community. The park's main entrance is right up the road. The cabin sleeps eight people comfortably. The kids can ride their bikes around the paved driveways while you relax in rocking chairs on the front porch, or settle in with a good book by the gas fireplace. In and around Stuart are opportunities for shopping, fishing, exploring, and dining. Nearby towns feature quaint shops, vineyard tours, wine tasting and scheduled festivals year round.

Quiet Beautiful Cabin

It was so peaceful and serene. The cabin was so inviting with everything you need. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck in the afternoon with our 4 legged child Cooper. It was really a great getaway from all the hustle and bustle of everyday life! Thank you.

Great location to visit Fairy Stone State Park

The cabin was very clean and comfortable. The walking sticks were conveniently waiting for us at the front door, and we could join a trial walk from the backyard. Thanks for sharing your lovely home.

Cozy clean cabin getaway

This home is such a nice getaway nestled in the woods in a safe neighborhood. We especially enjoyed the 2 porches, well stocked kitchen, easy communication with owner, and overall cabin ambiance and cleanliness. I would definitely stay here again!

Cabin in the woods

We stayed here while working in Martinsville on a special project. The cabin was great and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and a great place to walk in the evenings.

First family vacation in years. This was the perfect location. Fairystone Park is just down the road. Great cozy cabin adorably decorated for fall. Angie was an awesome host. Looking forward to making this a yearly trip.

What a great cabin!

This was an amazing place to stay! Everything about the cabin was so nice. The front and back porches were terrific for sitting and relaxing. They had everything you could ever need in the kitchen, and the beds were super comfortable. Communication with the host was terrific. The community was super close to Fairystone State Park and everyone was super friendly. We hope to stay again soon!

Beautiful Scenery, Cozy Cabin

Excellent communication with owner. Responsive, added two extra nights with ease! Cabin was equipped with everything we needed while visiting our family. Perfect amount of beds and space yo accommodate my family of eight! Enough space for my local family to join us for an evening of fun.

Fairystone State Park Vaca

The cabin was beautiful, spacious and most definitely fit our needs for our short vacation. My daughter said that the king size bed was very comfortable and she enjoyed the basement situation for quiet for the children’s naps. It would have been nice to have some outside lighting for taking the dogs out at night. Other than that, it was a great stay and we enjoyed our selves very much.

The cabin was all that I could have wished for. Clean, inviting, and yes! Very cozy. Less than a mile from the state park & plenty of places nearby to visit. We opted to stay in the downstairs “master suite”, the first floor full size bed was simply too soft for us. Loved the back porch with gas grill & fire pit. Spent lots of quality time there. TV reception iffy in the evenings but not an issue for us.

Best VRBO - best of everything!!

First time staying in a VRBO but it was WONDERFUL. I cannot believe how clean, how well stocked with any and everything you would need or want, most comfortable beds, living and dining area plus two porches. If you are ever looking for a great get away location - this is the place for you. The host - amazing. Promptly answered all of my questions and was of the upmost help! I cannot say enough good things about this cabin (and I am not always the best one to leave reviews but I had to with is one - it's that perfect!!)
