"We came with a dog so "had" to stay in a cabin. When I made the booking, noting a dog would be with us, I didn't see that we couldn't stay in the lodge. Luckily there was a cabin available (they are more expensive) which the receptionist switched us to at no extra charge. The cabin was lovely with a big front porch and rocking chairs. We had views of the Aspen Tree forests out both our windows. Loved the mountain cabin motif that was just right, and not overdone. We had picked up dinner on our way there so had dinner in our room on a large moveable pine table, with two of the many chairs, enjoying the view. The lodge looked lovely but we didn't want to leave the dog alone so didn't really get to explore that."
