"The location at Vivian Park is only minutes drive from Sundance. It is hiking distance to Bridal Veil Falls.The recently updated cabin is very clean and cozy. There is a bubbling creek that runs right next to the shaded property. My husband and I were very comfortable. The neighborhood is gated and quiet. The proximity to outdoor activities is prime, making this a great based camp for touring the area.The kitchen is stocked with cookware and essentials for preparing small meals. The bed was comfortable with extra blankets available if needed. There is a full size washer and dryer. There is a grill on the patio ( which we did not have an opportunity to use.)We appreciated the no smoking and shoes off policy. (Bring your slippers).Highly recommend this cozy cabin."

"Beautiful property just 15 minutes from the heart of Provo. Beautiful drive up Provo Canyon property and a quiet community. Check in instructions were seamless and specific. Property is right next to a babbling brook- it was great white noise at night, leaving the door open, but when closed, it was soundproofed. Super clean and comfortable! "
