"The room was spacious. The suit came with a full kitchen and a huge tub in the bedroom. The pool water was warm. We could use it in the cold and windy weather and two lifeguards were present. Towels were ready for us at the pool entrance. The cleanliness is 10/10 for every spot of the hotel that we visited. The staff were very friendly. I asked for extra blankets and linens. They brought it in less than 10 minutes to the room. What I didn't like was the divided and small entrance for such a huge and magnificent hotel. It is more like a vacation house than a hotel. It is absolutely great as a vacation home but not for short stays where you need breakfast and amenities such as onsite coffee. There is a poolside bar with some food and a market downstairs but there is no coffee shop or restaurant if you can't go out. We stayed for one night so I couldnt use the amenities as I wanted. The early checkout at 10 am makes it very difficult. The fee for a half day extension was twice as much as I had paid for the room fee so I had to decline. The check in and checkout were super easy. "

"Overall our stay of 6 nights was good. The resort is nice & new it is however very separated from everything else on the strip. We chose Resorts work because of the beautiful pools and we were under the impression the driverless “zouk” vehicles would transport us to other hotels and important places on the strip. In reality, they only go to about 4 places way off the strip, so when we wanted to go to the Paris Hotel & Linq area, we still had to walk a mile each way. We decided to either walk to mid strip area (a total of about 10miles there & back) or Uber. It’s about $30-$40 round trip to Uber to the mid strip area to Resorts World. Something to really factor in when staying there. Several restaurants avail on property but super $$$$. Food court area was actually pretty good. Must like Asian food. Thankfully we do! Several things missing from the room. Just small things, like needing hooks for towels, extra toilet paper, the bathroom door is large and cumbersome. More like a main hotel door that’s super heavy and doesn’t open widely. Just kinda weird. Nice large shower with good water pressure. "

"We had a non smoking room. The toilet paper and tissue reaked of smoke and the tried charging me for smoking fee 500$ I’ll never return."

"It was ok liked the fact that the monorail connection was there. But besides that the food selection was ok not impressed the rooms not impressed either even though we stayed at the Alexandria tower which is supposed to be some kind of upgrade. Overall experience not impressed just ok. "
