This property was fine last year but we tried to rent the other side of the duplex this year and had to cancel after arriving because one of the 2 bedrooms had the entire floor removed. 「There was mold in the bathroom, the tub didn’t drain. The AC in the main living space didn’t work. It is located on a main road and had lots of road noise. The backyard is overgrown and the steps are questionable at best. There is also a creepy attic that is accessed from the living room that seemed questionable. 」
