Welcome to The Sequoia Gateway! Our spacious 3 bedroom 2 bathroom vacation home is located in a safe, highly desirable, and new build neighborhood in Visalia, CA.

We are conveniently located 35 miles to Sequoia National Park, 55 miles to Kings Canyon National Park, and a 2 hr drive to Yosemite. Downtown, shopping and restaurants are just minutes away. This 3 bedroom gem was exactly what we needed. The price and location was perfect. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. You felt secluded yet close enough to everything you needed. I'd definitely stay here again!

Quiet and comfy home

We stayed at this property for 4 nights and it was very comfortable for 2 adults and 2 kids (ages 4 and 1). Everything was clean and easy to find, the neighborhood was quiet. Check in and out process was fast and easy - would stay here again!

Visalia Stay

Weekend getaway to visit friends. Home was clean, beds were comfortable. Clean and quiet neighborhood and location was close to stores and downtown. Host was very easy to communicate with as well. Would stay again when visiting Visalia. Thank you.

Sequoia/Kings Canyon Trip - Great Location

We stayed here for our trip to Sequoia NP and King's Canyon. The house is in a great location And is super close to shopping and dining. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. It was clean and comfortable. The bed in the primary suite was a little firm but slept very well. The owners were super nice and responded to my messages fast. We have already recommended this VRBO to our friends and family. We will definitely stay here again!

The place was perfect for my family's stay in Visalia for the week. Clean, roomy, quiet, and comfortable! It was within close driving distance to where we need to go throughout the week. The host was very prompt in response to all questions before and throughout the stay. Would definitely stay here again!
