Quiet area, quiet clients, helpful desk attendants. Breakfast not included but available. Clothes washing machine available with token from desk. A light bulb was missing in the bathroom, the bathroom vent wasn’t working, but...

"The picture online shows a clean, attractive little sleeping area; it doesn't show the huge bathroom, the table, the kitchen area with refrigerator, stove, and microwave (plus dishes in the cabinets), or the French doors offering a view outside. Or the air conditioner, which worked very well during a very hot part of the summer. Or the host, who was most kind and helpful."

"Friendly staff and a great location. Very convenient to the Homme de Fer tram station which is about a 2 minute walk from the hotel. Kitchen has all necessary items except for a coffee maker even though there are demitasse cups in the cabinet, there is no way to prepare espresso if you did not bring your own maker. There is free coffee in the lobby but I would prefer to make my own in my room and not have to travel downstairs to the lobby before I shower and get ready for the day. There is a...
