Tram to city center stops around the corner. Hotel has a small bar, breakfast area and friendly English speaking staff. Stayed there for 5 days for work and pleasure.

Staff was very helpful, no menu options for dinner, breakfast was good the shower facility was not for tall or handicapped people (not enough grab bars, the shower head was on a sliding bar that was too short for a tall person).

Hotels has misleading information on ved and room types. There is nothing like a king size bed in this hotel and the superior room has a small dpuble bed. Not big one. Nor does the suite. There are 2 types of twin rooms also and they have different sizes. I paid for a superior room and had to be in a smaller and cheaper twin room due to all this misinformation. It's very disappointing

My friend and I stayed at this hotel for two nights while attending the Christmas market. Although the markets were located the in the center of town, the hotel was very conveniently located on a direct tram line, which the front desk staff were very helpful in providing instructions on how to use. The hotel is very nice and decorated like a hunting lodge. The room itself is comfortable. It should be noted, however, that if you're sharing a room with someone other than an intimate partner, the door on the bathroom is glass and completely see-through - a fact my friend and I were not aware of beforehand...very awkward. Lol The hot mulled wine on arrival was a nice touch.

Do your research.

I would recommend anyone staying at the hotel does their research on where the hotel is located. It’s not in the centre and the neighbourhood seems questionable. The room stank of cigarettes. We checked in and checked out within 30 mins (paying in full for our room) and found a city centre hotel for just a little more than the Brit in terms of price.

The room was amazing, we had a surprise upgrade and the towel warmer and robes were fantastic. However, we ordered wine that was listed at 5,80e and it ended up being 20e on our bill.

All in all the hotel was clean, quiet, modern and had very helpful staff. I do feel that the price I paid (over €700) for a “deluxe double” for 2 nights did not show in the quality of the room and hotel. On arrival I had to ask reception after going up to the room to change the bed as it was two singles, there were no glass, mugs or spoons for tea and coffee, only paper ones. No milk for tea or coffee and no fridge either. For what you get it’s extremely over priced and the room doesn’t reflect the price. Overall not very happy with the cost of the hotel. If you’re going to charge a premium, actual glasses and mugs would be nice, not disposable paper cups

Hôtel excentré du centre ville en pleine zone industrielle et commerciale. Entre Auchan et Kiabi... Chambre : pas d eau fraiche. 2 sachets de café qui se battent en duel. Pas de frigo. Pas de peignoir de bain. Porte qu il faut claquer énergiquement pour être sur qu elle est bien fermée. Seul point positif : parking extérieur gratuit. A ce prix et pour la qualité de la chambre je n y retournerai pas. Sdb : utiliser votre propre gel douche celui de la sdb est vissé et coincé contre le mur de la douche. Économies sur tout...

La chambre est grande et belle et propre en revanche ne venez pas dans cet hôtel en espérant avoir un restaurant qui vous servira au mieux ainsi qu'un petit déjeuner sympathique et copieux cette partie de l'hôtel est catastrophique le personnel est irrespectueux et à 20h50 vous vous faites envoyer bouler si vous avez envie de dîner. Concernant le petit déjeuner à la salle est tellement petite par rapport au nombre de chambres que pour accéder au buffet aux heures de pointe c'est un combat et non pas un plaisir

Das Hotel ist einfach klasse - geschmackvoll eingerichtet, tolles Ambiente, superfreundliches Personal. Sehr gute und leckere Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet, tolle Atmosphäre. Ich würde das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen und kann es absolut weiter empfehlen :-).
