"Charming place. Great location. Dining staff excellent. It’s pretty and unique. There are no porters. There is an elevator from the entrance to the elevators to the room floors but I never saw it in use. I am a senior and had to brace myself to lift my bags up entrances. I think the charm of the place outweighs its deficits."

"Really charming vintage boutique hotel. Comfortable beds, cute vintage decor, nice espresso machines in the room, staff in general was very good Places for improvement… Elevator is narrow, there’s only one, and it often favors trips from the lobby level so if you’re waiting with lots of luggage on a higher floor you may be waiting a few elevator cycles before you get to go down. The lobby carpeting is a solid neutral color, easily gets dirty, and can definitely use a steam cleaning or be swapped to something with a pattern that doesn’t show as much wear. It’s just not the greatest first impression when you check in. I’ve shared these notes with the hotel staff, since I love the hotel otherwise and would want to help them improve in any way possible. I’d definitely stay here again."

"Excellent location next to Central stationen ( train station and Arlanda express) walking distance to Old town 10 min and Drottning gatan round the corner. Comfy beds. Kettle, ironing board and iron. Only thing missing I would like to have would be a mini fridge. Helpful staff. Happy to give ice from the bar if needed. Was told there were ice machines on each floor but never found them. Reception area great with comfortable seating, pool table, table tennis and shuffle game all free of charge to use by guests. Will stay here again when visiting Stockholm."

"We enjoyed our three-night stay. The room was spacious enough for two adults and a teenager. Our room was located on the third floor facing the main street. It featured a minimalistic Scandinavian design, which we liked. However, it can get quite noisy when the windows are open; one night, we were woken up by drivers with modified cars playing extremely loud music. We recommend that future guests bring earplugs or ask for them at the front desk. The breakfast menu was extensive and delicious, though it remained the same every day. While this seems to be the norm for hotels in Sweden, we decided not to eat there after the first day once we realized the selection would not change. The staff members were very helpful and friendly. Since we arrived early, they were kind enough to provide us with a room approximately two hours ahead of schedule."

"We were told that this hotel would accommodate our early arrival (early flight). But that didn't happen. We waited (and slept) in the lobby for 4 hours. We reserved a room that could sleep 3 and had a King size bed. That wasn't the case. It was a smaller room with a Queen size bed. Staff attempted to accommodate us by supplying us with a second room, two floors away. We made this do. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was "okay". Ordered portions were very small. And what was ordered was not hot, mildly warm. On the bright side, the bell captain did a great job, hustling, friendly and proficient."
