"The rooms were clean and staff were friendly. Breakfast was as expected but very good. I would have given this a perfect score except the bathroom shower water was bot hot enough for a warm shower. It was barely over a cool shower."

We arrived late, exhausted, and were visiting for a stressful medical appointment with my son’s specialist. The young lady at the front desk was an absolute gem. When she overheard my 8-year-old mention how much he wanted a room on the top floor, she 'worked her magic' to make it happen. It was a small gesture that meant the world to us; my son has told everyone—including his neurologist—about the 'magic lady' who moved his room. She brought so much light to a difficult day, and we are so grateful for her compassion."
