"When we arrived, there was a young man cleaning all the common areas. It was very impressive. The front desk clerk was rather slow and it took quite a while to get checked in. The elevator needed a sweeping and mopping. Probably a forgotten area. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. There were a lot of choices. The location was great in relation to the airport and it was easy to return the car to the airport. They were also very gracious by allowing us a later check in. I would definitely recommend this hotel."

"I read so many negative reviews before staying so I was very nervous. They were completely wrong. This hotel had wonderful staff with great resilience. We were in town for the Chris Brown concert. There were hundreds of people in the lobby. The 2 gentleman worked quickly to get everyone checked in. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The valet people were so kind and everyone had great attitudes. On the second day, we needed more towels and washcloths and they were provided with no issues. The hotel is excellent location for walking to stadiums and restaurants in the area. I’d definitely stay again! "
