I think it’s about time to change the mattress , they are no longer comfortable with those weird noise every time you change spot. Also the tub could have been cleaned, and better towel need to be put in place for guests used.

This was the dirtiest hotel that I have ever seen. It is supposed to be smoke free and our room smelled like someone chained smoked in there. Plus the comforters had burn holes and rips in them. There were stains all over the walls and hair in the shower. I took pictures if I can figure out how to post them.

The first room was filthy, disgusting, mystery splatter on the wall, holes in the wall that were patched up haphazardly. The bathroom light was super loud and the vent was BLACK. Only two lights worked; the one by the TV flickered like a strobe light. The refrigerator looked like it had been through hell and back, all scratched up and scraped up. The manager gave us a different room. It was much better, but still had flaws... For one, the same crappy paint/patch job on the walls, and a cut out in the wall around the toilet which I kept stuffed with a towel because I didn't feel safe. The soles of my feet were black from the dirty floor. When I got in the tub and ran the shower it made a high-pitched screech sound the entire duration of my shower. Both rooms stunk of smoke and urine, and outside there was a constant smell of weed. I don't care WHAT city or state a Quality Inn is located because I will not EVER stay in a Quality Inn ever again. I left this same review on Google, along with photos and videos of everything I mentioned here, and all of it has been deleted by them. I will NEVER stay at a Quality Inn no matter where it's located EVER AGAIN. They need to shut this place down because there are also fire hazards, and black mold. I want my money back.

Staff members display extraordinary dedication, professionalism and communication. The problem is the live in tenants. We all can fall on awful terms of change of social status jobs, housing ect I happen to visit the property on two different occasions, once upstairs " fighting occurred " Staff did move me lower level upon my request. Lower level no fighting just the foot traffic it's like 285/75/85 interchange " claiming" after 12 midnight Weed smoking ALL you smell! Tenants throw trash all over breezeway and parking lot. Zero charter! Don't bother coming here ! I just moved to another hotel close by worth my sanity You deserve more also. Lastly, staff you did well it's the owners whom allow this to occur repeatedly.

Black mold throuhout room. Please be careful.

Thee area was not bad. The property was well maintained, and the hotel itself was fairly safe. For a Friday night, I didn't see or hear any group gatherings or parties going on at the hotel. The room (bed, floor, sink, toilet, and tub) were all very BUT when we looked up is when we saw a very big problem. The cieling has a lot of spot where black mold had formed and there was black mold along the entire area where the walls met the cieling. Then we found black mold on the adjoining door doorframe. We also found it in the bathroom and inside the shower facit. It was late and we only were staying one night so we decided to stay as the be and bathroom was clean. No concern there. If you have a n option though, please do not stay at this hotel. The corporate office needs to look into this hotel as it is a very hazardous condition.
