「Upon arrival to Splash Landings we went to the bar to order drinks. Over 10 minutes later we still had no drinks as the barman could not operate the till or simply pour a slushy. When we had breakfast in the morning it took longer to find a clean plate than it did to get breakfast. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable but we were only staying one night so we made do. I always strip the beds after we stay over at hotels to help the domestic staff and I was utterly disgusted by the bedding...

「Very clean, very friendly and helpful staff. The kitchen is very well equipped, whatever you need, it is there. I will be sure to stay there again, when I go back to Stoke-On-Trent! Thank you very much!」

「The property is in a mid terrace house in a dilapidated part of town. It is either an attic or loft conversion with creaking wooden floor boards. To access the property, there is a steep and narrow winding stair case . The bathroom is en-suite but there was no working shower . The radiator was on full heating all night making the room uncomfortably hot. There is a TV monitor placed on the table , not fixed. It is attached to Wi-Fi but no Wi-Fi code is provided for customer use. The staff...

「I am very impressed by the written information about the building's historical backgroud.」

「We enjoyed our stay. The staff was very professional and friendly, the restaurant was very good and the rooms were clean and comfortable.」
