「Fabulous room, only slightly let down by empty picture hooks and non working lights. Bed is 2 singles pushed together which made it difficult to cuddle up, but otherwise very comfortable night.」

「Alice who owns the property goes above and beyond what she needs to do she knows every guest by there 1st name had a meal in the Cantonese restaurant (which alice runs) on Friday and the food was 1st class breakfast there a choice a good choice all the staff are very friendly beds very comfortable and clean , showers nice and hot decor could do with a up date but to be honest I wasn’t there to look at the decor there was a group of 6 and we would definitely go back 」

「This was a great place to stay. Fantastic views of Richmond and the surrounding country side and the same time an easy walk into the centre. Very dog friendly and good dog walks from the doorstep. Bedrooms were big and everything very clean and in good condition. Food really well cooked. 」

"部屋が清潔で良かった"

"長期宿泊して複数の部屋に滞在しました。どの部屋も故障箇所が放置されたままで非常に不快な滞在でした。例えば、冷蔵庫は全く冷えていないくて食品の保存ができません。エアコンは冷風が出なくて部屋がとても暑い。突然エアコンの主電源が切られていた日もありました。シャワーの排水口は詰まっていてあふれました。洗面器の蓋が硬くとじられていて排水が出来ません。夜間にファイヤーアラームが鳴り響いたことが何回もありました。そして最も許せないのは、サービス係が掃除やタオル交換を勝手にスキップしてしまうことです。フロントにすぐに掃除するように依頼しましたが、ゲストサービスは帰宅したと言って対応してくれませんでした。次回サンダーランドに訪れても、このホテルにだけは絶対に候補から外します。"
