「The place is nice, but it's really all about location. We were able to use this as a base of operation to explore all of Old Town easily. It's really about .5 mile or less from most stuff you might want to do. The Hemingway house is just a short walk down the street away. Get tired or want to drop off something? Just pop back in, no trouble. The owners were also very nice and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again the next time I am in Key West! 」

「Really nice property just as the photos had everything we needed, great surroundings with character the pool area was perfect and well kept a very relaxing and friendly environment . The attached history to the Conch Republic was very interesting and maintained. Communications with Roberta were again very easy and in a timely & friendly manner Easy walk to Duval st and other attractions. All in all a great place to stay and would highly recommend 」

「Stayed 13 days perfect location and this was our second stay at Cudjoe Cottages. Was able to dock boat here but had to put in at Cudjoe Gardens marina, just 5 minutes away. Basic old school Florida key’s cottages,clean and inexpensive. Nice community pool also. Definitely will stay again.」

「First time renting a home for me. Fortunately this particular property was great. Location is prime. Quiet location a few minutes walk to one of the cleanest and nicest beaches in the area. The walk into town depending on your destination can vary from 10-20 minutes. I Additional the property host was excellent and attentive beyond what they needed to be.This home was modern and clean. 「The cottage was perfect for me and my 3 kids. We loved the location being less than a 30min drive from both Key West and Marathon, and within 20min of several beaches. The kids took a dip in the private pool in the back everyday. Check-in process was seamless, and the rooms were perfectly climate controlled. We'll definitely stay again next time we're in the keys.」
