We’ve done New Year’s Eve every year and this is the first time we ever were told to go back to our rooms ? Understanding that not everyone is celebrating but definitely knowing people go to hotels for new years allow it for a bit but don’t threaten people with kicking them out "

"Great, except for the restaurant server that on Christmas Day was very rude. Don’t even come check on us even tell us anything about the buffet. He was just very rude didn’t even tell me where to pay and then gets mad at me because I was at the front desk and somebody else had to grab him"
