「My mom and I took a girls trip to Italy and stayed here for 3 nights. The property is gorgeous, exactly as pictured, perhaps better. Our room was beautiful, modern and tasteful. 「It’s hard to know where to begin when describing this property, but I guess I have to start somewhere. This is quite possibly the most beautiful property I’ve ever had the pleasure to visit. 「Excellent communication, and very quick reply to our messages. Linda was wonderful and very helpful. (She speaks perfect English as well) We arrived very late but she was waiting for us, explained how to reach the area. We got a welcome gift as well. The room was very clean, organised, with small little cute details. 😁 Swimming pool and sun beds available as well. Highly recommend. We spent a very nice time there.」

"この2泊3日の旅は、驚きと楽しさが溢れていました。ありがとうございます。ホステルなので、良くも悪くもルームメイト次第で決まる、と言っても差し支えないです。ホテルの設備は良好でした。清潔感を保っており、また、滞在予定日までにキチンとメールの連絡が来るのに好感が持てます。そして何よりもコストパフォーマンスに優れていました。気になった点は2つ 1、忙しい時間帯の受付の人数はもう1名増やしても良いかもしれないと思います。受付前の旅行者で溢れている時が見られました。 2、交通アクセスがやや遠いということ。フィレンツェのコンビニにちょっとした買い物に行くのに少し歩く必要があるくらいに手間はかかります。これは仕方のないことですが、面倒に感じました。ただ、ホステルとしての価格がリーズナブルですし、数十、数百の旅行者が滞在する大きなホステルなので、共通設備の充実は素晴らしかったです。私は利用していませんが、プールも綺麗で清潔感を感じていましたので、時間に余裕があれば利用しても良いでしょう。このホステルは多くの国から来た旅行者が滞在してまた、旅立ってゆきます。かなりの容量を誇るため、チェックインとチェックアウトの人の数はかなりに上ります。今回の私は6人部屋という選択でしたが、多くの老若男女に出会い、別れました。皆、マナーを守り就寝時に静かに行動を取ることができ、安心して眠ることができました。最後に一つ。フィレンツェもそうですが、「石畳」は日本人に対して厳しめです。アスファルトの様に安定した「平面」ではありません。かなり凸凹して足を取られる場面が多々ありました。湿布の1枚でも用意したほうがいいでしょう。最後に素晴らしい出会いに感謝いたします。"

"ウェルカム　フルーツをいただき、嬉しかったです朝食もあるのに近くに美味しいベーカリーがあるのを教えてくれ、毎日食べに行ってました娘がサングラスをタクシーに置いてきたかも、というのでタクシー会社に連絡をし、毎日連絡があったか、報告してくれましたお部屋も綺麗でバスタブもあり、とても囲碁型の良いホテルでした"

"独立した宿泊棟。宿泊棟とは別ですがコインランドリーがあります。部屋には冷蔵庫はありますがコップ及びテーブルはありません。キャンピングビレッジなのでしょうがないかも。フィィレンツェの中心地から車で25分程度。3人泊まれて1万円ちょっとなのでコスパ良し。"

"Staff are so helpful and nice! No need to even ask for luggage help, the amazing porters come to you right away when they see you with bags. Top notch service. Everything was so smooth staying here. The rooftop with pool has such an amazing view, up close of Santa Croce and the whole city spread out before you. Highly recommend this hotel, especially if you’d like to be more towards the less crowded Santa Croce area away from super central central stazione or Duomo area."
