「Terrible experience. The lady at the front desk told us we could not get towels for the pool. She said they were for people who were checking in later that night, but the pool was closing in 10 mind. I have NEVER seen people handed towels as they check in. My daughter and I weren’t given anything when we checked in! She was rude and just didn’t want to work. There were people drinking at the indoor, no alcohol allowed pool, and they left their cups of white wine around the pool when they were...

「The room was so gross, the chair and bedspread had stains on it the room smelled, and there was a garbage bag over the smoke detector. We left and refused to stay here.」

「Just stayed 3 nights for a quick family vacation. We loved the family suite with 2 queens beds, a bunk bed, and the pull out couch. The room was so spacious. The location is great 15 minutes from multiple beaches including Silver Beach, Lion Park Beach, and Warren Dunes. We visited all three and loved different things about each. It’s not luxury but a great family hotel.」

「It appeared the breakfast was short staffed. Not enough food or supplies were on hand. The gal seemed to be working hard but not enough support. Other Fairfield’s have done much better. Also I hope the guy that was sleeping in the breakfast area in the afternoon is ok.」
