"Da vi ankom, var der ingen værelse til os, selvom vi havde fået bekræftelse på 1 overnatning fra Hotels.com. Vi fik til sidst anvist et værelse, som dog ikke var rengjort. "Lovely quiet, rural area. Fabulous forestry, rocky outcrops, scenery so green. Great for walking, cycling, exploring this part of northern Bavaria. Even though rural roads, superb, easy from A to B. Staff lovely in the hotel. Spoke good English for restricted German speakers. Comfort Room spacious and clean. Little terrace with outside seating. Great views. "I had a great stay at the Best Western Blankenburg Hotel in Coburg. The staff were very friendly and always made me feel welcome throughout my visit. The room was comfortable and well-kept, creating a relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast offered a nice variety of food, with something for everyone to enjoy. The location was also convenient for exploring Coburg and the surrounding area. Overall, a very positive experience and I would gladly stay here again."

"Very nice hotel near the main street. The restaurant was very good with traditional Thuringian food. It looks like the restaurant is used by locals too. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options available. The room was functional and the bathroom seemed newly renovated. The hotel had a sauna, but I didn’t use it."
