The best thing for me was its location. The basic room is exactly that. Friendly staff although reception is not open everyday. Stairs to third level room might be a challenge for some.

Our room had very poor AC system. It wasn’t working properly and had uncomfortable night sleep. Told in the the morning and was still not fixed. We were told they don’t have ac system rather have air cooler system in the hotel

Requested to modify the Expedia booking which was accepted by Expedia as well as Hotel but once we arrived at the reception, the receptionist refused to give us the rooms unless they get the emails from Expedia.
that was quite unhelpful specially after a long journey.
