"Aquamarea was an unforgettable experience—absolutely stunning from start to finish. Christiana, the general manager, was outstanding: warm, attentive, and made sure every detail was perfect. The staff couldn’t have been more welcoming; they truly made us feel at home. The views are among the best in Polignano a Mare, especially from the rooftop, where you can look right down at the famous beach. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the cocktails in the evening were just as impressive. Can’t wait to return."

The management and staff in the restaurant, bar and throughout the hotel could not have been more helpful and attentive. It would be impossible to name them all!
