Located in Westbrooke Townhomes this space features comfortable beds, an indoor fireplace, and a fenced in backyard with a fire pit/outdoor space. Only 4 minutes to GSU and minutes away from Publix, shopping, and all that Statesboro has to offer.

The Space:
Two story attached townhome with two bedrooms and one and a half bathrooms.

Bedroom 1:
Queen Bed

Bedroom 2:
King Bed

The two couches fold down in the living room to create two additional beds.

Guest Access:
You will have private access to the entire home and fenced in backyard.
There are several parking spots available in front of the home.

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood has a series of townhomes. It is a quiet neighborhood. No parties or events of any kind are allowed. Quiet hours are from 9PM-8AM. You will be only minutes from Georgia Southern University, shopping, and restaurants.

Getting Around:
You will need a vehicle to get around Statesboro.

Uber and Lyft are also readily available!
