"I must give the owners the benefit of doubt because there was a large storm the night before which knocked out all electricity. The carpet was not swept and very old. Staff was not helpful at all, only repeating it was to late to cancel. Refused even a discount because we used Hotels.com ! Of course all of the amenities, tv, coffee pot and air conditioning weren't working. We would have appreciated the use of a flashlight even."
