「Not bad as some reviews, middle aged gentleman was friendly and guided me to the other building. He even showed me how to get to the nearest local bus stop for the next morning (I didn't take it after all, though). £13 for taxi from Stansted airport and £11 for easy bus to the airport. Local bus, Harlow is also available with much cheaper fare as £3.5 it seems. However next time I would choose earlier flight and rush to the destination considering the time and cost for one night, it's not worth...

「Family room booked for three adults. Arrived to find two single beds. Booking confirmation states someone would be there to greet us. No-one was around. Fortunately we got through to somebody by phone and were able to get into the room but they were not able to provide us anywhere to stay for the three adults we had booked and paid for. The floor, bedding and toilet were clean. However, the windows were covered in cobwebs, the chairs were stained, there were not enough cups for all three of us,...

「Really enjoyed my recent stay at Nap Barnet. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the whole place had a relaxed, welcoming feel. The staff were great — really friendly and helpful throughout, which made the whole stay even better. The location is perfect — just off the High Street, so it's quiet at night but only a short walk to shops, cafes, restaurants, and High Barnet tube station. Great value for money and a solid choice whether you're passing through or staying a few...
